Sadly they were from back in the days. I was working very good with my CFI for 1 year, one day he told me he would not be able to book me anymore, that he was very busy which I understood because he was nice. I tried to talk to Shanon about showing me other instructors and schedules available. Sadly she was very unprofessional. And told me that wasn’t her job, but what was really shocking is that she told me “we have other students that are very successful why you aren’t successful”, I was mad at the moment and I told her I AM ASKING FOR HELP, can you help? She was very mad and told me that’s not her job. I understand that’s not your job I guess. But telling students how bad they are compared to other students is not the way you go specially because I work in customer service. And when a customer ask for help we provide it. We don’t tell them they suck compared to other students. I write this review because I was expecting so much from AirWork and I feel they rip me off. Not even an apology. I do not recommend this flight school and will advise any student to stay away and go spend your money somewhere else where you can get real customer service and some respect, at the end you are paying for it. Don’t feel intimidated.
